Notes

Print of paper given at conference. It is not known if this paper was ever published. Relates history of human use of the Times Square Rockshelter over almost 4,000 years to what is known about the climate. Unfortunately, not enough was known about the climate in the region of the rockshelter to definitely link patterns of use to fluctuations between xeric and mesic climate regimes, but the author believes that the data from the rockshelter can help to "serve as a basis for model building." (p.3). Maps, charts, tables.
